La vue est magnifique!
We just did the Pilatus trip starting from Kriens and highly recommend going early to avoid the crowds. The views at the top were incredible, especially on a clear day. There are two hotels and a few dining spots up there. Tip: Instead of the usual cogwheel train up and cable cars down, we did it in reverse to fit in a boat ride, and it was perfect! Shoutout to the Pilatus store in Lucerne for the suggestion and to the Pilatusbahn team for adjusting the train schedules for the crowds.
